Choose the right forklift training course

New operators need a novice course. Operators with experience but no formal training may need the experienced-operator route. Previously trained operators can discuss forklift refresher training, while a move to a different truck may require conversion training. We review each candidate’s experience before confirming the programme.

Before the course starts

We confirm the equipment, candidate experience, workplace tasks and practical training area before the course. This helps us select the correct route and make sure the machine, attachments and representative loads needed for training are available on the day.
