MHE Training UK is Damian’s owner-led training service. He plans and delivers the courses himself, giving customers direct access to the person responsible for the training from the first enquiry to the final assessment.

Damian brings practical material-handling experience to the training room and practical area. Courses are delivered in the context of real workplaces, including restricted yards, racking, loads, attachments, production pressure and the decisions operators face during a normal shift.
He has trained hundreds of candidates across ALLMI lorry-loader work and wider MHE categories. The aim is not simply to get through a syllabus. It is to make sure the operator understands why controls, checks and limits matter on the equipment they will actually use.
ALLMI specialist delivery
ALLMI Lorry Loader Operator and Slinger / Signaller training are the specialist core of MHE Training UK. Delivery follows the applicable ALLMI course scheme, documentation and assessment process. Candidate experience, loader category, attachments, practical space and lifting duties are reviewed before the course is confirmed.

Nationwide without losing the personal service
Weekday and weekend courses are delivered nationwide subject to availability. For longer journeys, travel is normally planned so Damian is close to the customer’s site the night before, at his own cost. This reduces exposure to same-day traffic delays and helps the course begin as planned.
Transparent prices
Public rates are straightforward: £400 per day for ALLMI training, plus £50 per candidate for ALLMI materials and temporary certification; and £300 per day for in-house MHE training. No VAT is added. Send the site postcode, course or machine type, candidate names and experience, preferred dates, and basic details of the equipment and practical area. For unusual loaders, attachments, VNA configurations or container-handling equipment, photographs and model information help confirm suitability before travel.
How course suitability is confirmed
Before a date is agreed, the machine category, candidate route and practical requirements are checked against the work being carried out. This is particularly important for unusual attachments, long-load machines, VNA equipment, container handlers and loader cranes, where two machines that look similar can require different training or site preparation.
For straightforward bookings, use the on-site training information checklist. If the machine category is unclear, send photographs of the truck, data plate, attachment and controls before booking so the training route can be reviewed without guessing.
